Rodney Bay is the most popular beach on the island - a stretch of white sand sheltered by Pigeon Island National Park. Its silky powder is dotted with thatched beach bars and watersports shops. Anse Chastanet beach is comprised of darker volcanic sands and is overlooked by the island's landmarks - the dramatic Petit Piton and Gros Piton - two immense volcanic cones.
