Love@Lycos isn't really a dating site. It's
more of a place to log on and meet people to chat to and have fun.
I am sure people have found love at lycos LOL, but you can also
use it to find friends or just waste time looking at the profiles.
You can rate 'how hot' people are and leave comments in their guest
books. I have to admit that even when I have a boyfriend I leave
my profile on Lycos just for the fun.
It was better when all the features were
free. Now you have to get Deluxe membership to do a few things.
You can't zoom in on peoples pictures, but it's easy enough to ask
them to send you a bigger one. You can't see the full list of visitors
to your page, or put up fancy backgrounds. This isn't really a hardship
though. On the whole I would recommend Love@Lycos if your prepared
not to take it too seriously and don't mind the odd weirdo messaging
you. If your looking for a serious relationship try one of the paid
sites.
